Job Overview: We’re seeking a passionate Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our brand’s presence across various platforms. This role requires a strong eye for design, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends. You will be responsible for content design, scheduling, engagement, and strategy development to drive brand awareness and sales.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
Create visually appealing and engaging content (graphics, videos, and captions) for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Plan and schedule content using social media management tools.
Outbound Engagement.
Collaborate with the team to develop marketing campaigns and promotions.
Track and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging social media tools.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or jewelry.
Strong graphic design skills (Canva).
Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
Experience with social media scheduling tools (Planoly).
Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple platforms effectively.
Passion for mission driven and fine jewelry is a plus!
