Client Acquisition/Marketing Specialist Jobs in Los Angeles, CA at Empress Investment Group

Primary purpose of position is appointment setting/prospect outreach, as well as implementing various marketing strategies such as educational seminars, event coordination, seminar management, and tracking the effectiveness of each marketing strategy and campaign.

Primary and secondary duties include:

Reaching out to prospects in an effort to explain our value proposition, assess compatibility, and schedule meetings with financial advisors when appropriate. This position does not entail cold calling. All prospects/leads are generated from referrals and/or various marketing funnels where prospects have indicated interest and made initial contact.
Organizing marketing events and networking to develop rapport and build relationships with existing clients of the firm and prospects
Implementation and follow thru on new marketing ideas
Managing, organizing, and tracking prospects/clients and marketing efforts through spreadsheets and other software
Assisting social media manager with content creation and posting

Minimum Requirements:

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
Experience in inside or outside sales, telemarking, and customer service
Financial services industry knowledge a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 per year DOE
