Position Summary:

Responsible for supporting the Marketing department by assisting with marketing strategies based on the company’s values and mission.

Responsibilities:

Executes media strategy utilizing competitive research, platform capabilities, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Testing various organic and paid acquisition channels
Conduct quarterly campaign analysis of all digital and traditional campaigns
Provides recommendations for new projects, improvements and other enhancements to help achieve team goals
Maintain promotional materials by coordinating requirements regarding graphics, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt
Research competitive programs by identifying and evaluating program characteristics, pricing, and advertising
Manage allocations and content updates for aggregator campaigns
Monitor and maintain department budget; track and reconcile invoices, and coordinate with finance to ensure prompt payment to vendors
Run and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly lead reports to vendors and campuses for lead reconciliation
Develop and oversee internship program
Manages and moderates the Alumni Association hub
Generates, edits, and publishes content within the Alumni Association hub that encourages community members to participate
Develop texting strategy and execution
Responsible for executing effective marketing strategies
Support sales by creating and executing lead generation campaigns
Analyzes data to determine campaign efficiency
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all necessary departments are informed of marketing objectives
Mandatory attendance at semi-annual graduation

Required Knowledge, Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in related field and minimum two years of Marketing or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
