An opportunity has arisen within MM Search, Scotland’s fastest growing and award-winning Executive Search firm for a Client Engagement Manager. Working in a hybrid pattern from our magnificent townhouse office on Blythswood Square, this role in many ways is the face of our business and requires someone who embodies our core values and our

This is a crucial role for us here at MM Search and as such we want someone who is career orientated and looking for a very rewarding challenge. Its a varied role and a role that requires pace. You will be involved in the following key areas;
· Lead Generation – Contacting potential new clients, introducing our brands and services.
· Client Outreach – Arranging and attending meetings with prospective clients. Demonstrating capability through sharing Case Studies & Testimonials
· Account Management – Ensuring that our customers are contacted regularly and given commercially relevant information and market insight.
· Basic Market Research & Analysis – Ensuring you are able to keep internal stakeholders within MM Search up to date on the latest industry trends and market information.
· Events (Both participating in arranging our own events & attending external events)  Whilst we can consider candidates from any Professional Services Sales background, this role is undoubtedly offering a huge advantage towards someone who best enjoys the commercial side of the Recruitment Industry and wants to make the most of their ability in that space to generate a market-leading financial package.
