Ancilla is seeking a versatile professional for the role of hybrid competitive intelligence and recruitment manager. This unique position involves identifying and engaging potential recruits, gathering competitive intelligence, and driving sales growth through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will develop innovative recruitment strategies, analyze sales data, and collaborate with the sales team to optimize the sales pipeline. They will also build strong relationships with industry contacts and represent Ancilla at various events. Additionally, the role includes managing special projects, providing training, and supporting new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
§ Identify and reach out to potential recruits to learn about their background, skills, and current projects.
§ Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles within the company.
§ Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ fit for the organization.
§ Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
§ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
§ Gather and analyze information about competitors, their projects, and customer base.
§ Monitor industry trends and market developments to inform strategic decisions.
§ Provide insights and recommendations based on competitive analysis.
§ Maintain a database of competitor information and regularly update it with new findings.
§ Prepare detailed reports and presentations on competitive intelligence for senior management.
§ Develop and implement strategies to optimize the sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
§ Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
§ Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns.
§ Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the sales pipeline.
§ Use data-driven insights to forecast sales and set realistic targets.
§ Build and maintain strong relationships with potential recruits, industry contacts, and key stakeholders.
§ Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
§ Act as a liaison between recruits, the sales team, and other departments.
§ Provide ongoing support and guidance to new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
§ Foster a positive and inclusive company culture through effective communication and engagement.
§ Lead and manage special projects related to recruitment, competitive intelligence, and sales strategy.
§ Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
§ Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, and track progress against milestones.
§ Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution.
§ Report on project status and outcomes to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
§ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
§ Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
§ Strong analytical skills with experience in sales pipeline management and strategy development.
§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
§ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
§ Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $103,528.00 – $129,391.00 per year
