We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiasticClient Experience Specialistwith a passion for travel to join our team! In this role, you will coordinate personalized services and address clients’ needs throughout the entire process, ensuring seamless and enjoyable travel experiences.
Responsibilities
Serve as clients’ primary point of contact, ensuring all travel-related inquiries, concerns, and needs are addressed promptly
Collaborate with travel advisors to create and enhance personalized itineraries, ensuring all details meet client expectations
Coordinate with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and activity providers to ensure smooth arrangements for clients
Proactively monitor client travel plans, resolving issues such as delays, cancellations, or itinerary adjustments
Communicate updates, confirmations, and travel documentation to clients in a timely manner
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving the travel experience
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and special requests
Assist in planning group travel, corporate events, and destination trips to meet client goals
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
A passion for travel and creating positive experiences for clients
Familiarity with travel booking systems or willingness to learn
Prior experience in travel coordination, customer service, or hospitality is preferred
