This role will be based in New York, NY with the expectation of a hybrid work model.
Compensation: $25-$30/hour
The above range represents the typical hourly rate for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
PineBridge is seeking a summer intern to join our Client Relations Team in supporting our Intermediary, Insurance, and Retirement channels across the Americas. The Client Relations Intern will work alongside the current team members, and in close collaboration with the America’s sales team, supporting and servicing the firm’s existing clients. This role will touch all asset classes and requires a basic understanding of the asset management business.
Our summer internship program will span over ten weeks and provide students with the opportunity to: interact with and be mentored by our senior team members, assume ownership of significant projects, and experience personal and professional growth.
Qualifications:
Strong written skills with attention to detail. Ability to proofread and fact check fund commentary, questionnaires, reporting, and presentations prior to delivering to clients and/or Portfolio Managers
The ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple deliverables at once is extremely important.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within the firm, as well as externally.
Ability to organize information and data in a client-friendly presentable manner.
Strong proficiency in MS Office software, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
Ability to think outside the box, including how to do things more efficiently and adapt internal processes to better support each channel.
Ability to work with a broad range of personalities, colleagues who are both in the office and on the road.
Desire to learn about asset management
Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university
