Green Environmental, Inc. (GREEN) is a leading environmental consulting and remediation firm with over 35 years serving public and private clients throughout New England. GREEN is seeking a highly motivated, qualified Sales Manager to join our Business Development Team in Rockland, Massachusetts. Clientele base preferred.
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience in the fields of Asbestos Remediation, Environmental Consulting & Remediation, Hazardous Waste Management and Emergency Response Services.
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Identify and generate new leads to increase sales and revenue, and create marketing strategies to meet revenue goals;
· Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors and vendors;
· Analyze specifications and drawings of potential projects;
· Attend site walks for potential projects;
· Prepare project cost estimates that include labor, materials, equipment and time;
· Prepare detailed proposals for clients;
· Prepare bid packages for online bid submittals.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Relevant experience required for this position;
· Marketing knowledge of environmental consulting and remediation services;
· Organized, self-motivated and strong work ethic;
· Experience with reading and analyzing plans and specifications;
· Experience performing cost estimation on projects;
· Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Office and Outlook.
The candidate should have the ability to market to a broad range of clients (i.e., commercial/residential property owners, property management groups, municipalities, insurance, construction, developer companies, etc.). Candidate should possess skills to interface with clients and to assist in the preparation of work scopes and proposals for the services GREEN provides. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
