Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of our events team, interacting with clients and supporting the overall success of our live events. You will be responsible for helping potential customers understand our products and services, driving sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your daily tasks will include engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional support to ensure that all customer needs are met. In addition, you will work alongside other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our events.
Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers at events and assist with product information and service inquiries
Drive sales by generating leads and educating customers about our products and services
Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the events team to meet sales goals and maintain a positive atmosphere
Assist with event setup, execution, and on-site customer interactions
Support customer service initiatives and help resolve client concerns
Maintain knowledge of product features, promotions, and event details
Requirements:

Strong organizational and time-management skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be over the age of 18
