We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get things done. You’ll be executing marketing activities, creating content, supporting the sales team, and ensuring our brand stays strong and consistent. This position works closely with the CEO and sales leadership, turning strategy into action across multiple channels.

The Job
Write effective messaging that is visually appealing that resonates with our audience and communicates our message clearly.
Make sure our brand’s look, feel, and voice stay consistent across all channels.
Build the brochures, flyers, and event materials the sales team needs to show up polished and ready.
Stay on top of projects, timelines, and vendors to make sure everything gets done right and on time.
Help turn leadership’s ideas into good looking professional marketing materials across print, digital, and social media.
Requirements:
Marketing Degree or 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience (brand building, digital marketing, content creation, marketing generalist experience).
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects independently.
Experience working with designers, vendors, and content creators.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking direction and running with it.
Bonus Skills:
Experience supporting a sales team and/or coordinating events and trade shows.
Knowledge of CRM systems and basic marketing automation tools.
