Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management and territory sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in negotiation, and outside sales, with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients. You will have the opportunity to showcase our products through engaging demos and leverage your expertise in B2C sales to expand our market presence.

Duties

Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
Manage existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to prospective clients.
Develop and implement territory management strategies to optimize sales performance.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance brand visibility in the market.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales or B2C environments is preferred.
Strong skills in cold calling, negotiation, and account management are essential.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for effective territory management is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION/ CONCRETE KNOWLEDGE.
MUST HAVE RETAINING WALL KNOWLEDGE!

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
