Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship
Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand client needs and expectations, providing personalized service and support.
Inventory Management
:
Oversee inventory levels for event materials and supplies. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely procurement of necessary items for events.
Logistics Coordination
:
Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, transportation, and accommodations. Ensure all event setups meet client specifications and standards. Ticketing Management:
Manage the ticketing process, including sales, distribution, and customer inquiries. Ensure a smooth ticketing experience for clients and attendees. Event Coordination:
Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring all components run smoothly. Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure synergy and
collaboration
. Client Gifting:
Handle customer
appreciation
initiatives for clients, including gifting programs and promotional materials. Develop creative gifting ideas that align with client preferences and event themes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, event management, or related roles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software. A passion for sports and a keen understanding of the event industry
