Position: Client Servicing / Account Manager
What the Job entails:
Responsible for client meetings, briefings, presentations, retention of clients, developing and maintaining relationships.
Work efficiently and closely with Creative/Technology/Strategy teams to deliver around brand strategy.
Set up a successful working partnership with peers from mainline, to bring integrated teamwork.
Handle brand planning, tech solutions, revenue planning, and brand positioning closely.
Overall management of brand decks, social calendar, asset deployment, and client campaigns.
Maintain client relationships and having regular meetings on campaign checkpoints.
Keep a track of all the payment milestones for the invoices and revenue targets.
Essentials:
Graduate/Post-Graduate with 3+ years of experience in digital account management /client servicing/solution strategy. Good at communication, strong presentation, and excel skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Great communication, and presentation skills.
Team handling experience.
