We are looking for aClient Solutions and Strategy Managerto lead client relationships, develop strategic marketing initiatives, and drive successful campaign execution across multiple channels.
Role Overview
As aClient Solutions and Strategy Manager,you will be theprimary point of contactfor up to5 clients, responsible for leading marketing strategy, optimizing performance campaigns, and managingcross-functional teams. You will serve as a trustedadvisor and strategist,helping clients navigate complex digital marketing funnels while ensuring their business objectives align with Virtual Ad’s solutions.
This role requires ahigh level of organization,problem-solving, and strategic thinking,as well as the ability to leadmulti-channel marketing effortsandmaximize return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management & Strategy
Serve as theprimary client contact, managing expectations and deliveringdata-driven marketing strategiesaligned with client goals.
Leadstrategic discussionson campaignoptimization, identifying opportunities for scaling and improving performance.
Developcomprehensive, integrated marketing funnelsthat align with customer acquisition and investment goals.
Drivestrategic upsells, leveraging Virtual Ad’s suite of services toexpand client accountswhile ensuring business growth.
Proactivelytroubleshoot campaign roadblockswith data-backed solutions.
TeamCollaboration& Leadership
Overseecross-functional collaborationbetween:
Paid Media Teams(Search, Social, Display)
Creative Teams(Copywriting, Design, Video Production, Development)
CRM & Marketing Automationteams
Act as theinternal leadon client projects, ensuring all stakeholders execute tasks efficiently and meetkey performance indicators (KPIs).
Creative Strategy & Content Execution
Work withdata and analytics teamsto identifyhigh-performing ad creatives.
Developad briefs for landing pages, webinars, and marketing content.
Manageclient feedback loops, ensuring seamlesscommunicationbetween internal teams and client stakeholders.
Coordinate withcopywriters, designers, and web developersto produce conversion-optimized marketing assets.
Project Management & Execution
Ownend-to-end project management, ensuring campaigns stayon track, on budget, and on target.
Utilizeproject management toolslike, Jira, or Click Upto manage deliverables, deadlines, and cross-team workflows.
Unblock bottlenecks throughproactiveproblem-solvingandeffective communication.
Budget Planning & Performance Optimization
Manage andallocate cross-channel marketing budgetsexceeding$100K+ per month.
Monitor campaign spend and identifyscaling opportunitiesalongside theAd Operationsteam.
Work withdata analyststo trackCAC, CPM, CTR, CPA, CVR, LTV, and ROASand ensure cost efficiency.
KPI Attainment & Growth Targets
Maintain atenacious drivefor achievingclient success metrics.
