About the Role:

The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) plays a vital role in driving Tik Tok’s business growth by serving as a strategic advisor and day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of advertisers. In partnership with their Business Partnerships Manager (BPM), the CSM will drive and support post-sale client engagement — this includes managing relationships, delivering performance insights, and driving revenue growth through data-driven strategies.

The role requires a demonstrated ability to identify upsell opportunities and coach clients/agencies to most effectively leverage our unique suite of ad products to drive results. Success in this role requires strong analytical abilities and client

Responsibilities:

– Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for day-to-day client communications.

– Develop and execute media strategies tailored to client goals.

– Analyze campaign data to identify strategic optimizations and upsell opportunities.

– Educate clients on Tik Tok’s products, platform updates, and best practices to drive campaign success.

– Lead the development and presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) — sharing performance updates, key insights, and strategic recommendations with clients.

– Diagnose and troubleshoot client issues alongside

cross-functional teams

, such as Product and Engineering.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

– 5+ years of experience in client solutions, account management, digital advertising, AdTech, or a related field.

– Must be willing to work in San Francisco, CA

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with

performance-driven (programmatic or social) advertising and/or auction-based ad platforms.
