We are looking for a Client Success Intern within 50 miles of Rexburg, Idaho who can help our company grow. We will meet in person weekly or every other week so you must be located in the Rexburg, Idaho area.
What You Will Do
Find New Clients
Look for people and businesses that might need our services.
Send friendly messages on Linked In and through email.
Discuss pricing with people on video calls.
Support Existing Clients
Support existing clients so you can discover when they need our services again.
Send friendly messages and updates to our clients on Linked In and through email.
Discuss pricing or troubleshoot personnel challenges with clients on video calls.
Build Good Relationships
Talk with new people in a kind and helpful way.
Explain how our company can help them.
Answer their questions quickly.
Use Social Media
Post on Linked In to share our message and mission.
Help our company look good online.
Be a positive voice who supports ourpurpose.
Build your personal brand on Linked In, then leverage your personal brand on behalf of our business.
Support Growth
Work with our HR team so you can turn leads into clients by matching the best talent to the best clients.
Follow up with people who show interest.
Keep track of how many people respond or sign up or engage with us.
Email weekly (or more often) talent updates to clients or prospective clients.
