We’re looking for a Marketing & Data Insights Associate who is hungry to learn, proactive and thrives on solving problems with data. What You’ll Do

For Oomph (Internal Marketing & Sales Analytics)

Contribute to key marketing and sales data tracking, including website traffic, digital advertising, and conversion rates.
Support the sales team by managing prospect lists, tracking outreach effectiveness, and helping set up automated email sequences in HubSpot.
Analyze trends and proactively identify opportunities, e.g., if something looks off, help investigate and propose insights.
Own the development and refinement of reports that give leadership real-time insights into business performance.
Support marketing and sales process optimizations, learning how to improve efficiency and impact.

For Our Clients (Project Success, Performance Analytics & Optimization)

Report on defined success metrics for client projects to ensure we can measure real impact.
Set up and manage tracking tools and dashboards to monitor client project performance.
Analyze results and make recommendations—we don’t just deliver work, we make sure it succeeds.
Identify opportunities for automation and optimization, ensuring clients get long-term value from our work.

What We’re Looking For

0-3 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, sales operations, business intelligence, or a related field.
A self-starter with a problem-solving mindset—you take action and ask the right questions to keep moving forward.
Strong data analysis skills—comfortable with tools like Google Analytics, Looker, HubSpot, and Excel.
Excitement about AI and its possibilities—you see the potential and know how to apply it to improve your work.
Thirsty to learn and grow—you love working with data, testing ideas, and seeing the impact of your work.
A mindset for optimization, always looking for ways to improve processes, tools, and outcomes.

Salary & Benefits

$60K – $70K range, depending on experience.
Fully remote, with a preference for candidates within driving distance of Boston.
