Job Overview
US Door & More Inc. is seeking a creative, resourceful, and highly organized Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in capturing and producing high-quality content, bridging the gap between in-house staff and remote marketing teams, and contributing to impactful campaigns that grow our brand.

Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
Plan, direct, and capture engaging photo and video content in our office, workshop, and showroom settings.
Collaboration & Campaign Coordination
Serve as the bridge between in-house staff and remote marketing teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and project alignment.
Share real-time insights, content ideas, and opportunities with remote editors and project managers to enhance campaign strategies.
Work with the sales and customer service teams to address common customer inquiries through engaging and informative content.
Marketing Strategy & Innovation
Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions with the marketing team to develop innovative campaigns, including email marketing, product promotions, and seasonal offers.
Stay ahead of social media trends and suggest new formats, ideas, or strategies to improve engagement.
Identify on-site opportunities for unique content, such as customer stories, special projects, or standout products, and implement them effectively.
Execution & Real-Time Adaptation
Implement marketing ideas and strategies that require on-site presence, such as photoshoots, live content, and campaign-specific visuals.
Collaborate with business owners to develop personal branding content, including storytelling, live Q&A sessions, and thought leadership videos.
Actively monitor and respond to engagement metrics, using analytics to refine future content and campaigns.
Produce high-quality, trend-savvy content for social media platforms, training materials, and company-wide marketing initiatives.
Write creative scripts and storyboards for video content, ensuring alignment with the company’s tone and values.
Regularly create candid and authentic behind-the-scenes (BTS) content to humanize the brand and engage the audience.
Maintain a well-organized digital archive of all media assets for easy access and reuse.
Skills
Proven experience in photography, videography, and content production (portfolio required).
Ownership of professional-grade camera and equipment (compensation reflects this requirement).
Expertise in social media platforms and trends, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
Strong writing skills for script creation and storytelling.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate with multiple teams.
Ability to identify marketing opportunities and contribute proactively to campaign strategies.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
Knowledge of email marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Experience with live content creation, such as Instagram or Facebook Live.
Understanding of digital marketing strategies and how content drives engagement and sales.

Pay: $45,461.00 – $48,321.00 per year
