Job Description
As Cluster Junior PR Manager, you are the one of the first contact for all media representatives interested in the 25hours hotels in Copenhagen. You take care of established journalists as well as bloggers, influencers and multipliers and arrange information, contacts, or even free test nights at our hotels. Your tasks also include planning press events and maintenance of address data and media monitoring.
You’ll be reporting to the Director of Brand, Marketing & PR and will be a part of the the local marketing team. Furthermore you will be our global team at our head office in Hamburg. For our Copenhagen team we are looking forward to you joining us as Junior PR Manager (m/f/d).
How does your working day look like …
Together with our Director of Brand, Marketing & PR,you are thebrand ambassadorof 25hours Hotels and write press releases and handle media inquiries (print / online / social media)
You manage to establish the best connection to our media partners in order to make every press release unforgettable through appropriate information and picture material
You take care of the monthly monitoring and reporting of all media activities
You will support the planning and implementation of press trips, editorial visits and media related events
You support the marketing and operation teamwith finding localcollaborationpartners and maintaining the relationship.
You will be responsible for answeringcollaboration request from influencers, bloggers etc.

Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your CV …
You have work experience in PR and know the Copenhagen market like the back of your hand
You speak Danish and English fluently
You are an organizational talent and enjoy writing grammatically flawless texts, mails, posts or letters
You are a doer – and are an open and flexible personality without fear of contact with customers and partners
You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character and is motivated byteamwork.
