We are looking for a visionary, strategic, and execution-focused Co-Founder to join our journey and help shape the future of local business promotions in India.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Co-Founder, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing the company’s vision, strategy, and growth plans. Your responsibilities will include:
1️⃣ Business Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute a scalable business model for
Promotion
Bazaar.
Identify and implement revenue-generating strategies, including partnerships, paid listings, and advertising models.
Lead investor outreach, fundraising efforts, and strategic collaborations.
Actively contribute financially or leverage your network to secure investment.
2️⃣ Product Development & Technology
Work closely with developers & designers to refine and scale the MVP.
Ensure seamless user experience, AI-powered recommendation engine, and robust backend infrastructure.
Explore automation and
data-driven decision-making
to optimize business growth.
3️⃣ Marketing & Customer Acquisition
Drive go-to-market strategies, lead generation, and brand positioning.
Develop growth marketing campaigns to onboard local businesses and increase user adoption.
Build and scale a strong customer acquisition funnel through digital marketing, SEO, and influencer partnerships.
4️⃣
Team Building

Recruit and mentor a high-performing core team across marketing, product, and technology.

We are looking for a
