About Us:
We’re a newly launched marketplace platform connecting party planners, vendors, and customers in the events space. With our technology platform already built and initial vendor onboarding underway, we’re at an
exciting
inflection point and seeking a strategic marketing leader to join our founding team.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an
entrepreneurial
CMO to join as a co-founder, helping shape and drive our go-to-market strategy. This is initially a part-time role (1-2 days per week) with sweat equity compensation, transitioning to a full-time position following our planned pre-seed raise. What You’ll Own:
Development and execution of our marketplace growth strategy Supply-side acquisition and demand generation Content and social media strategy Performance marketing and analytics Community building and engagement Preparation for fundraising activities What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in marketplace or platform businesses Strong track record in B2B and B2C marketing Understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics Experience in building and scaling start-ups Ability to be
hands-on
and strategic Strong analytical and
communication skills
Entrepreneurial
mindset and comfort with ambiguity
Ideal Background:
5+ years in marketing
leadership roles
Previous experience in events, hospitality, or marketplace businesses Start-up experience, particularly in early-stage companies Track record of successful growth initiatives Why Join Us:
