Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with key resellers and decision makers
Collaborate with BDM, Marketing and Product Teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns for SMB channel.
Build Run rate business with the selected hybrid dealer with Demo display and stock management.
Attend conferences and trade shows to promote IT devices and establish new connections
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers and prospects
Manage the cycle from opportunity identification to product delivery
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals
Provide feedback to HQ to help drive partner-related data accuracy
Work collaboratively with technical teams to identify appropriate solutions based on external needs and requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT industry
Good understanding of IT hardware
Strong knowledge of IT industry and SMB buying patterns
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
Knowledge of and contacts within the IT industry
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Exceptional client service skills and well-developed negotiation & persuasion skills
