Lloyd’s Homecare Services is looking for a Reliable Community Representative who can take our business to the next level!

Preferred candidate must have at least 1 year of marketing experience in the homecare industry.

Responsibilities of the Community Representative, including but not limited to:

Identify all local influence centers (hospitals, nursing homes, hospices, assisted living, independent living, CCRC communities, doctors’ offices and other health providers) to determine lead sources
Develop a marketing Plan to meet monthly sales goals and Budget (presented to Administrator for approval)
Join and attend area networking groups
Build and maintain a database of potential referrals
Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
Personally visit and arrange meetings with individuals responsible for or in a position to refer clients; this includes private, public and non-profit organizations.
Seek and develop marketing opportunities in the community
Meet with Administrator weekly to discuss opportunities, referrals status, activity, etc.
Establish working rapport with health care managers from the entire area and neighboring counties
Presents well to clients and peers.
Must demonstrate working knowledge of health care in home and institutional setting.
Requires outstanding organizational skills, and a service attitude towards the community.
Excellent written and oral skills.
Ability to handle confidential information and sign confidentiality agreement.
Requires valid driver’s license, dependable transportation and insurance.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must have the experience and a proven track record to provide a boost for a growing Licensed Home Care Services Agency.
Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills.
Outstanding customer service, verbal, and written skills required.
Able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Able to perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy.
Able to maintain confidentiality of data.

Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

This can be a part time position with flexible hours and competitive bonus structure!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: From $45,085.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
