Department Marketing Level Experienced (Team Lead)

Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users.

Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase

brand awareness

and acquisition in each market.

About the Team:

As a Commercial Strategy Consultant, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and elevating our commercial impact. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying growth opportunities and executing initiatives to enhance performance. You will collaborate closely with local market commercial teams and regional stakeholders, employing both quantitative and qualitative analysis to tackle critical issues and develop actionable solutions. Additionally, you will have a deep understanding of marketing, business development, and other commercial objectives, enabling continuous

optimization

of strategies, designs, reporting, and planning processes.

Job Description:

Identify growth opportunities and execute initiatives to enhance commercial performance

Forge strong connections with local market commercial teams and regional stakeholders, using robust quantitative and qualitative analysis

Requirements:5- 8 years of total working experience in a b2c industry with a minimum of 1 year experience in management consulting, specialising in one of these domain areas: eCommerce, Campaigns and Programs, Costs Optimisation, User Acquisition & Retention, Product Marketing, Promotions, Seller Marketing, Brands, or Seller Management Exceptional analytical and quantitative

problem-solving skills

to achieve tangible outcomes in a

dynamic

business environment

Excellent stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively across

diverse

markets and backgrounds

In-depth knowledge of industry trends and market behavior

A deep understanding of management frameworks
