RPH is an exciting and fast-growing commercial building products company serving architects, engineers, contractors, and building owners on projects ranging from hospitals to data centers to K-12 schools. We offer engineered solutions that prevent leaks in the roof or wall and that enable storm shelters and safe rooms to meet code and protect their occupants in the case of a tornado.

To keep up with our recent growth and seed future growth across our existing and anticipated new products, we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive a variety of marketing campaigns and initiatives and work closely with the sales and operations teams to improve brand experience from first awareness through final installation. This role involves simultaneously managing a wide range of marketing activities including conducting market research, updating marketing and technical documents, managing digital marketing efforts, maintaining RPH’s online presence, and creating content to promote the company’s products or services. It also involves acting as the first point of contact for architects, engineers, and contractors engaging with RPH through the website. To be successful, the Marketing Coordinator must be a self-starter that can draw on a variety of past marketing experiences and tactical skills as both an individual contributor and point person for efforts requiring input from multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and print.
Market Research: Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Content Creation: Develop marketing materials such as social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and promotional content (note – at this time, we do not utilize outside agencies for creative work; the Marketing Coordinator would be the primary person developing these materials).
Online Presence: Maintain company website and LinkedIn page, as well as presence on third party commercial building products sites.
First Contact: Act as first point of contact for website inquiries either satisfying the request directly or incorporating the appropriate party (e.g., territory rep or custom solutions team).
Event Management: Plan and manage marketing efforts for trade shows, conferences, and other events.
CRM Management: oversee company’s use of CRM tool. Ensure contacts are assigned and followed-up with. Lead company-wide initiatives to better utilize CRM tool.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, sales department, and external vendors to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain marketing materials inventory, coordinate new material creation, and manage marketing budgets.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Previous experience in B2B marketing of relevant industrial or commercial products required.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, SEO, social media platforms, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Experience in graphic design, producing content-rich, visually appealing marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Job Specifications:

· Full-time (40 hours per week)

· Reports to the General Manager

· Location: Hybrid, Greater Philadelphia area, estimated one day per week in person

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
