Key Responsibilities:
Architectural:
• Develop concepts, space plans, and design presentations.
• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and visualizations.
• Integratesustainabilityand habitability principles into designs.
• Assist in project documentation, material selection, and client presentations.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors to maintain design integrity.
Communication& Branding:
• Create engaging content for the website, social media, and marketing materials.
• Manage platforms like Linked In and Instagram, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Write press releases, project descriptions, case studies, and blogs.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract clients and collaborators.
• Represent the firm at networking events and industry forums.
• Develop clientcommunicationstrategies for all project stages.
• Assist in preparing award submissions and public relations materials.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) alternatively Degree in Communications or Content writing skills
• 1-3 years of architectural experience with an interest or experience incommunication, marketing, or branding.
• Strong visual and verbal storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbalcommunication skillsin English.
• Experience in content creation, digital marketing, or PR in the architecture or design industry is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in adynamic environment.
• Passion forsustainability, architecture, and designcommunication.
