We have an exciting opportunity to join our team! We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Hotel Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing efforts of our property. This role involves executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, managing social media, coordinating promotional events, and assisting with branding efforts to drive guest engagement and revenue growth.
Marketing & Advertising:
Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and hotel bookings.
Create and manage content for social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
Work with designers and vendors to create promotional materials and signage.
Social Media & Content Creation:
Develop and schedule engaging posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow online presence.
Capture and edit photos/videos for marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, businesses, and community leaders to enhance the hotels presence in the area.
Public Relations & Promotions:
Assist in writing and distributing press releases and hotel announcements.
Collaborate with influencers, media outlets, and travel bloggers.
Coordinate hotel participation in local events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
Group & Event Marketing:
Support the sales team with marketing collateral for group bookings, weddings, and corporate events.
Promote hotel events through digital ads, email marketing, and targeted outreach.
Guest Engagement & Brand Management:
Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials.
Assist in managing guest loyalty programs and special promotions.
Track and report on the effectiveness of community outreach and marketing efforts through metrics such as social media engagement, event attendance, and direct bookings.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.
Entry Level Position, 1-3 years of marketing experience (hospitality industry preferred).
Proficiency in social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Must be willing and able to travel frequently to events and conferences. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required by event schedules.
