**Job Title:** Marketing and Client Care Representative
**Job Type:** Part-time

**Salary Range:** $14 to $18 per hour
**Job Overview:**
Pets Favorite Group LLC is seeking a passionate and dynamic Marketing and Client Care Representative to join our team. This role will involve managing our social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok for our veterinary clinic, as well as providing exceptional customer service at the front desk. This position will require approximately 20 hours per week.
**Responsibilities:**
Develop and implement social media strategies to promote our veterinary clinic
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms
Assist clients with inquiries, appointments, and transactions at the front desk
Ensure a positive customer experience for all clients visiting the clinic
**Requirements:**
Previous experience in social media management and customer service is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Passion for pets and a genuine interest in providing excellent client care
