Communications and Intergovernmental Relations Project Specialist (Title subject to change, under H Jobs in San Bernardino, CA at San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools
Our continually growing practice is looking to add an AMAZING Marketing Associate! We are a multi-specialty DENTAL practice specializing in Endodontics, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, and Orthodontics. The perfect person will have excellent interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality as they are visiting potential offices weekly for recruitment. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have superior organizational skills and ability to network and multi-task.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Regularly visiting potential referring offices and promoting the company
Communicating marketing strategies to the management team
Tracking referrals, new patients, and other pertinent information
Providing weekly and monthly marketing reports
Providing regular and engaging content for all social media platforms
Monitoring social media platforms, responding to comments and patient inquiries
Design flyers and gift baskets for events as needed
Serve as the point of contact for vendors related to position
Other duties as assigned by the management team
Qualifications:
Excellent time management and organizations skills, with attention to detail
Ability to create brand awareness
Highly computer literate with capability in Microsoft office
Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
Sales or dental experience ideal but not required
Canva and insightly experience ideal but not required
Must be willing to travel to the Dayton and West Chester area
We are a seven Doctor practice so you will always have something to do! The perfect person will be a team player with the willingness to learn. Pay dependent on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
