The Regional Marketing Consultant will support, train, and mentor community Directors of Marketing and Admissions. You will be responsible for identifying process improvements, marketing strategies, and training opportunities that enhance the effectiveness of community marketing and admissions teams. Through the consultative process, you will work with community leadership to plan and execute strategies that attain or exceed established census goals. This role also oversees the development of community-level marketing plans and tracks key performance indicators to ensure that community teams are achieving their goals.
Majestic Care is looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
5+ years of Marketing or Admissions experience in Long-term Care
Experience leading work teams and / or coaching others to success
Thorough understanding of the Director of Marketing and Admissions role and work flows common to the intake process within a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Experienced in the development and implementation of community marketing plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
