This in-person position combines the responsibilities of managing our online presence with providing essential technology training and support to our agents. Responsibilities:

Social Media & Digital Marketing:
Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X).
Create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each platform’s audience.
Schedule and manage social media calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
Produce high-quality digital content for various channels, including website, blog, and email marketing.
Utilize graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) to create visually appealing content.
Manage and update website content using content management systems (CMS).
Edit short form video for social media platforms.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated sequences.
Segment email lists and personalize content to maximize engagement.
Analyze email marketing performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation.
Market Center Tech Training & Support:
Conduct training sessions for agents on Keller Williams proprietary technology and other relevant digital tools.
Provide one-on-one tech support to agents, troubleshooting issues and answering questions.
Stay up-to-date on the latest technology updates and features, and communicate them to agents.
Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and online resources.
Assist agents with setting up and utilizing various digital marketing tools.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Research and implement best practices for social media algorithms.
Utilize social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
Demonstrate proficiency in various digital marketing and productivity tools.
Comfort with learning and adapting to new technologies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
Experience editing short form video.
Experience with google suites.
Experience in a training or teaching role, preferably in a technology-related field.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Patience and a customer-service oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,964.00 – $47,376.00 per year
