Position Summary:
We are looking for a Creative Marketing Associate to support our marketing team in developing and executing visually compelling and engaging content across multiple digital and traditional platforms. This role combines creative design, social media management, and downstream marketing communications to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design & Content Development
Design marketing materials, including social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, brochures, and presentations.
Assist in developing creative concepts and campaigns that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
Support video content creation, including basic editing and motion graphics when needed.
Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Manage and curate content for company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Create and schedule posts, track engagement, and optimize content based on performance insights.
Assist in developing paid social and digital advertising campaigns to boost brand visibility.
Monitor digital marketing trends and suggest new strategies to enhance engagement.
Marketing Communications & Brand Support
Support email marketing efforts by designing newsletters and promotional emails.
Assist in writing compelling marketing copy for campaigns, website content, and product promotions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and marketing strategies.
Help develop event materials, product launch assets, and other marketing collateral.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or content creation.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) are a plus.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Passion for creativity, branding, and storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Knowledge of search engine optimization SEO) and basic web design (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $60,030.00 – $65,278.00 per year
