We are seeking a talented and organized Communications Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing internal and external communication strategies, ensuring the smooth flow of information across all channels. You will work closely with various departments to support messaging, improve brand visibility, and ensure that our communication efforts align with the company’s objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement communication strategies to promote company initiatives and values
Coordinate internal and external communication efforts, including press releases, newsletters, and media relations
Draft and edit content for press releases, speeches, and other corporate communications
Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
Maintain media contacts and track media coverage
Organize and manage company events, meetings, and presentations
Handle crisis communication and help mitigate any potential issues related to company image
Monitor and report on communication performance metrics
Provide administrative support to the communications department
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
