Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing.
Duties:
– Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company objectives
– Identify new business opportunities and target markets
– Build and maintain relationships with key clients and accounts
– Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
– Analyze sales data to evaluate performance and make recommendations for improvement
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials
– Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
– Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
– Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team
Experience:
– Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing
– Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
– Technical sales experience in the technology industry is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs

Pay: $48,000.00 – $57,000.00 per year
