We are seeking a Marketing Technologist to enhance and automate marketing processes, optimize email marketing performance, and drive data-driven decision-making. This role bridges the gap between marketing and technology, focusing on automation, content generation, audience segmentation, and analytics. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy marketer with experience in marketing automation platforms, email marketing, and performance tracking.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technology platforms to streamline marketing workflows, including content creation, campaign execution, and lead nurturing.
Integrate AI and automation solutions for content generation and personalization.
Assist in automating content creation for various marketing channels, including email, web, and social media.
Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure seamless integration and optimal use of technology solutions.
Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, personalization, and automation.
Develop and execute A/B tests to improve email engagement and conversion rates.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing technology initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams to execute complex cross-functional initiatives that move the business forward.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar).
Experience with AI-driven content generation tools and email personalization strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for data-driven marketing.
