Summary: Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing programs and campaigns, and with the development of new marketing strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
Analyze market trends and employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, websites, and press releases to augment the company’s presence in the market.
Work with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
Oversee advertising, design, and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
Engage and monitor Company’s social media audiences and all incoming leads on a daily, consistent basis by reading and responding with targeted information.
Proactively manage social media communities and leads across multiple channels and decipher appropriate responses in a timely matter.
Address and direct customer complaints and queries to the appropriate department.
Keep constant communication with the Sales team regarding offers and client activities to ensure brand consistency.
Foster a positive, constructive, and communicative community that feels heard and appreciated.
Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows or any other marketing program.
Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral.
Evaluate data to create reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency, customer behavior and competitive landscape.
Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Superior organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus
