Looking for a campaign assistant to help manage influencer marketing campaigns.
What the job entails:
– work with the Customer success team to coordinate high-volume influencer campaigns
– Providing excellent customer service to creators
– Outreach & onboarding creators to campaigns
– Managing campaign timeline and deliverables
– Follow up with influencers on campaign tasks
– Collecting insights and entering data into reports
– Managing robust data entry on Google sheets
– Data entry for via Xrossworld platform
– Setting up and keeping organized Google Drive folders and dropbox
Qualificaiton must haves:
– be highly detail-oriented
– fast learner and adaptive to change
– ability to juggle multiple projects
– excellent communication skills
– able to work quickly and efficiently
– Familiar with Instagram and Tik Tok insights a plus
– Must be proficient in Gmail, Google docs, dropbox, Mailchimp a plus.
