We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can bring that high energy to our digital world. This digital marketing expert will be a critical contributor to our dynamic, multi-brand marketing organization as we continue to win market share and accelerate growth. If you live and breathe ecommerce, have a thing for content that converts, and can wrangle influencers like a pro, keep reading. This role reports to the Sr Director of Marketing and is supported by a network of agencies.

What You’ll Do (aka Your Tacklebox of Responsibilities):

You’ll be our digital rockstar, spinning the web, social media, and paid ads into gold, all while keeping our audience hooked.

Rule the website. Keep our site sharp, efficient, and vibrant. Refresh content, supercharge SEO, and work seamlessly with dev/design.
Drive e-commerce like a legend. Shape the online shopping experience (DTC and marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart.com), boost conversions, and turn visits into raving fans.
Run paid ads that kill. Team up with our digital marketing agency to strategize and execute killer paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and beyond.
Keep our socials real. Develop and execute an organic social strategy that reflects our brand’s unique vibe.
Lead content creation. From crafting content to unveiling products to launching promo campaigns, you’ll own the calendar and keep the content machine humming.
Influencer marketing. Build and manage influencer partnerships that expand the brand’s reach and get people talking.

You’re Our Kind of Person If You:

5 years of digital marketing experience plus a bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.
Or no degree but must have at least 7 years relevant marketing experience along with up-to-date digital marketing certifications.
Bonus points for AI-marketing literacy and/or outdoor/CPG brand marketing background.
Know how to maximize profitability on DTC and e-commerce channels, especially Amazon and Walmart.
Know how to fish. You don’t have to be an expert, but you should be comfortable with a rod in your hand and know your way around our gear. This isn’t just a desk job; it’s a passion gig for someone who gets the fishing lifestyle.
Fluent in Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Hootsuite, and Meta/Google Ads.
You have Google and/or Meta Ad certifications or are willing to achieve in the first six months of employment.
Can decode KPIs and use them to up your game.
Get our brand voice—and can create or direct content that’s bold and edgy.
You are low-ego, high-energy, and ready to dive in with sleeves rolled up.

Pay: Up to $72,000.00 per year
