Marketing/Social Media Specialist plays a crucial role in developing and executing online marketing strategies aimed at driving brand awareness, generate leads, and engage with our target audience. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this position requires expertise in social media management, content creation, and campaign optimization to support our sales efforts. The role involves creating targeted social media campaigns, optimizing online presence, and leveraging various social media channels to support the call center’s sales objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Management: Create and schedule marketing content, ensuring consistency in brand image, messaging and aesthetics. Respond to inquiries and foster community outreach and interaction.
Campaign Management: Develop digital marketing campaigns, videos, emails, newsletters, and social media content.
Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging marketing content across various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Data Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media engagement across all platforms and adjust strategies accordingly for maximum outreach and effectiveness.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to align marketing initiatives and revenue objectives.
Budget Management: Assist in managing the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize campaign performance.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital marketing relevant to the call center industry.
Digital Imagery, Photography and Videography: Take professional headshots of all employees, design company banners and headers, record sales performance meetings and create video content to promote company image on social media platforms.
Company Merchandise: Maintain all company merch supply and restock when necessary, distribute merch to employees and assemble new hire goodie bags.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Marketing/Social Media Specialist does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but will collaborate with other team members and may oversee the work of external vendors or freelancers as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media platforms, digital marketing, or content creation preferably within a call center or sales-driven environment.
Proficiency in online marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
Experience with paid social media advertising and SEO best practices.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
