About the Role

To support this mission, we are seeking a versatile and experienced communications professional to join us as a Communications Specialist, Creative Services.
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Manager, Communications, you will play a pivotal role in creating and delivering compelling communications that strengthenemployee engagementand promote a cohesive, unified brand image for both internal and external audiences.
We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated professional who thrives in adynamic,fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate will bring strategic and conceptual thinking, deliveringcreative solutionsto complex ideas while efficiently managing workflows and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Develop professional, engaging content aligned with communications objectives.
Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms and with external partners.
Draft, review, and oversee translations for internal and external communications.
Collaborate with team members and business partners to generate fresh ideas andinnovativestrategies.
Manage and maintain websites, intranet platforms, and marketing tools, while supporting the adoption of new technologies.
Assist in planning and executing communications strategies for change initiatives, including assessment, implementation, and effectiveness tracking.
Create compelling content for multiple channels, including email, presentations, live events, videos, websites, and social media.
Serve as a trusted advisor bybuilding relationshipswith internal stakeholders and colleagues.
Support and coordinate corporate events.
Knowledge and Experience Required
Degree or diploma in Communications, Political Science, Marketing, or Graphic Design.
A minimum of five years of experience in afast-paced,dynamic environment.
Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively across various formats.
