Director of Patient Care Services/Director of Nursing/Clinical Director

Assess, supervise and direct patient care.
Oversee orientation and educational programs for field staff.
Perform patient care as required, including home assessments.
Develop plans of treatment.
Ensure and chart compliance with state regulations.
Community involvement including networking and marketing activities.
Evaluate and treat patients using the most current technology and practices.
Provide valuable input into the patient’s care and treatment.

Home Health and Hospice care is both challenging and rewarding! This job requires a person who will never forget that home health and hospice care is a team effort. Other requirements include:
Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State of Utah
Minimum 3 years of Home Health and/or Hospice Supervisory or Management Experience
Experience with Homecare Homebase a HUGE plus, but not required
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Respecting the patient’s privacy and maintaining confidentiality
Current Utah driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
CPR Certification
Marketing or Sales experience a plus
After 6 months of work you will be eligible for our bonus program
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $105,000.00 per year
