We are hiring dedicated and motivated Assistants to support the daily operations of HRH PRINCESS BELLE RACHEL FOUNDATION. As Assistants, you will play a vital role in helping the organization achieve its mission by assisting in administrative tasks, event coordination, and communication efforts. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about making a positive impact in their community while gaining valuable experience in the non-profit sector.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, document preparation, scheduling, and maintaining records.

Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events, workshops, and community outreach programs.

Volunteer Coordination: Help recruit, train, and manage volunteers for various projects and events.

Communication: Manage email correspondence, respond to inquiries, and assist with social media updates and newsletters.

General Assistance: Provide support to staff in other operational tasks as needed to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor, MBA

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for HRH PRINCESS BELLE RACHEL FOUNDATION’s Cause and a desire to make a difference.

Previous experience in a non-profit setting is a plus, but not required.

Time Commitment: flexible schedule

Reports To: Program Manager / Executive Director
