Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and make follow-up calls on sales appointments
Respond to internet, phone and live chat inquiries
Provide customers with initial product information
Generate appointments
Follow up with leads
Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Qualifications:
Must have strong computer and phone skill
Bilingual, Spanish is a plus
Previous experience in Automotive Sales preferred
Working knowledge of Dealersocket is a plus
Must have a pleasant phone voice and excellent writing skills
Team player attitude
Prompt and courteous
Enthusiastic personality
Must have strong computer and phone skills
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a Current/ Valid Arizona Driver’s License
Must be able to pass a Drug Screening
