The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for administering, managing, and supporting the VP with strategic initiatives. The Marketing Specialist will coordinate with the VP of Preconstruction, working with Executives, Project Managers, and Estimators, to build backlog and promote branding across all divisions of the company.This position will also focus on creating, implementing, and updating internal and external communications.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, social media campaigns
Digital Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to community interactions, fostering a positive and active online presence. Engage with followers, answer questions, and encourage discussions.
Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand
Prepare sales tools (presentations, proposals, resumes, etc.) for the project team to use in pursuits
Create Corporate materials for use with internal and external stakeholders. (i.e. business cards, organization charts, project signage, corporate office signage, as needed.)
Support event planning and coordination for industry events.
Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of all social networking platforms
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Knowledge Adobe InDesign
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, a related field, or equivalent experience
2 – 4 years’ experience in marketing/brand management
