Role Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. This role involves managing digital marketing campaigns, social media, advertising, and community engagement to boost occupancy and enhance property visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage listings on Apartments.com, Zillow & Apartment List (availability, pricing, media updates).
✅ Oversee social media marketing (Meta Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Marketplace).
✅ Create and execute Google Ads campaigns and improve SEO/SEM strategies.
✅ Develop and distribute brochures, yard signs, business cards, and flyers.
✅ Plan and execute events & open houses, including marketing materials and logistics.
✅ Establish and maintain partnerships to drive brand awareness.
✅ Track marketing performance and generate weekly/monthly reports (leads, applications, move-ins).
✅ Manage website content, email marketing campaigns, and operational announcements.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
– Proven experience in a marketing role.
– Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
– Experience in advertising sales.
– Proficiency in social media management, Google Ads, and performance marketing.
– Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and digital advertising is a plus.
– Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
– Ability to relocate to Tucson, AZ 85718 before starting work (Required).
– Work Location: In person.
