What You’ll Be Doing
Engage & Connect: Be the friendly face that welcomes potential residents, listens to their needs, and helps them find their perfect home.
Show Off Our Community: Conduct fun and informative property tours that highlight the unique charm and amenities that set us apart.
Leasing Like a Pro: Manage lease agreements with accuracy and compliance, ensuring a seamless process for new residents.
Support Current Residents: Assist with renewals, address resident concerns, and help resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Jump In Where Needed: Collaborate with your team to handle daily tasks, special projects, and anything else that supports the community’s success.
Stay Organized: Keep meticulous records of applications, leasing activities, and resident interactions.
Be a Marketing Whiz: Help create eye-catching social media content and drive traffic through creative marketing efforts.
Deliver Exceptional Service: Maintain professional, upbeat communication with prospects, residents, vendors, and teammates.
Work with the Best: Partner with maintenance and management teams to ensure residents enjoy a seamless and high-quality living experience.
What You Bring to the Table
Previous leasing or property management experience is a plus, but we love go-getters with a can-do attitude!
Knowledge of leasing agreements, tenant rights, and fair housing regulations is a huge advantage!
Strong data entry, organizational, and multitasking skills.
A team-player mentality—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that exude professionalism and enthusiasm.
