We are seeking an on-site, highly motivated Community Liaison and Placement Agent to expand our presence through face-to-face relationship building and in-person outreach. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on personal interaction, developing connections with potential connections with potential residents and their families, and building strong partnerships within the local community.

Duties
Represent Oakbrook Senior Living through personal visits to referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
Community Outreach: Actively travel to local events, hospitals, and senior resource centers to build awareness and promote our services.
Resident Lead Interaction: Conduct on-site tours and in-person meetings with potential residents and their families, guiding them through the placement process.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare professionals, case managers and referral partners through regular in person engagement.
Placement Support: Provide families with tailored support and guidance in choosing the right care solutions within our communities.
Requirements
Proven marketing experience in community outreach, healthcare marketing or relationship-driven sales.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, wit a focus on face-to-face engagement.
A self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively to local facilities, events and meetings.
Passion for working with seniors and their families, helping them find high quality care solutions.

Pay: $52,455.00 – $58,645.00 per year
