Digital Marketing Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our online presence, manage social media, execute digital advertising strategies, and contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management. This role reports to the Director of Innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising, SEO, social media, and email campaigns.
Manage and implement a social media content calendar, ensuring alignment with seasonal campaigns and business goals.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content using UGC (user-generated content) software.
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and external content creators to generate high-quality visual and written content.
Write and design digital advertisements and coordinate placements.
Monitor and analyze performance data from social media, digital ads, and website analytics to optimize marketing efforts.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation in our marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and other creative design platforms.
Experience with shooting and editing photos and videos on a smartphone or tablet.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve campaign performance.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience working in or knowledge of real estate industry is a plus.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
