We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Community Manager to grow and engage Vapoura’s online community, with a primary focus on Instagram. This role requires someone who can authentically reflect the brand’s personality, identity, and values in their

communication

. In addition to fostering community and engagement, you will oversee content scheduling and manage select additional channels such as Linked In and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Growth & Engagement

-Build and nurture Vapoura Rum’s online community, focusing on meaningful interactions with followers on Instagram.

-Respond to comments, messages, and mentions authentically and in line with Vapoura’s brand voice.

-Proactively engage with relevant audiences, influencers, and cultural communities to expand reach and visibility. Content Scheduling & Management

-Plan and schedule all social media content across Instagram, Linked In, and Facebook using scheduling tools.

-Ensure content aligns with Vapoura’s broader marketing strategy, key campaigns, and cultural activations. Growth Tactics

-Develop and execute advanced growth strategies to increase followers, engagement rates, and audience loyalty.

-Monitor and analyse performance metrics, adjusting tactics to optimize results. Brand Representation

-Ensure all

communication

reflects Vapoura’s commitment to luxury,

, and cultural integration.

-Actively stay informed on trends and cultural moments to create timely and relevant content. Cross-Platform Support

-Manage Linked In and Facebook channels, adapting content and tone for professional and broader audiences. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Experience

-Proven experience as a social media community manager, ideally for a luxury, lifestyle, or cultural brand.

-Track record of successfully growing and engaging an online community, with a focus on Instagram.

Communication Skills

-Exceptional written and verbal
