Required Qualifications:

1-2 years’ experience planning and implementing small to mid-size trade shows with strong understanding of the fundamentals of planning and executing a conference booth space.
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
Proven organizational, project, and planning skills
Proven budget and vendor management experience
Ability to work through change and pivot in an evolving exhibit and event environment.
Comfortable with administrative tasks related to compliance and billing
Healthcare/Pharma industry experience
Experience with Smartsheet for budget and project management

Notes:
Work shift (days/times) – 1st Shift
Work Location –100% remote

No travel is required for this positio

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 – $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift
